And this time around, participants don’t need to leave their house to lose the weight. We are bringing the trainer to you!

Men who have at least 200 lbs (or more) to lose!
Women who have at least 150 lbs (or more) to lose!

TO AUDITION:

STEP 1: Download the application (click here)

STEP 2: Make a videotape (only dvd’s , mini dv’s, and quicktime links will be accepted). Start the video with your name, hometown, height and weight. Show us and tell us why you need to lose the weight. Let us know what’s at stake for you and how your life would transform if you were thin. Let us know how the weight affects all aspects of your life currently. Show us photos of yourself at different stages, if possible. Be creative! And, remember, we want to see your personality come through!

STEP 3: Mail the application, videotape and a non-returnable photo of yourself to:
