Interested in a free summer trip to Europe or the Greek Isles? If you are between the ages of 17-18 years old and would like to be part of our reality show filming abroad, this show is for you!

LIFE ON TOUR – is a reality/documentary travel series produced by M Theory, Bunim/Murray’s digital arm, centering on High School students as they take a ten day European tour to multiple foreign destinations.

Upload your 3-5 minute video to any video sharing site (for example,You Tube). Email the link to your video and ALL your contact information (including Name, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth and Email) to lifeontour@bunim-murray.com.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS JUNE 1, 2009.
The sooner applicants upload the greater chance they may be chosen.

Applicants should not act. They must be themselves for the 10 day tour. Tips for your audition video are below.

Be between the ages of 17-18
Obtain parents permission to travel
Be willing to travel with us from July 27-August 6 (approximate) The tour and this series is about how international travel helps students mature, gain a better sense of self and a new worldliness. The tour is structured and chaperoned by E.F. Tour guides and teachers. All aspects of this tour and reality/documentary are High School appropriate. Casting a Commercial in NYC

We are casting multiple female roles for an upcoming commercial shoot. We need women of all ages and ethnicities. Diversity is encouraged.

We will also need an older/senior citizen female actor with gray hair and two young female actors (aged 6-16).

Compensation is $50. This is a great reel builder opportunity. Non-union only.

You must be available to attend the shoot on Saturday, February 13th.

Child Actors Needed for Wicked Jr.

Local children’s theater company (http://www.mrfordsclassroom.com) seeks volunteer male actors ages 10-14 to play male roles (male lead still available) in Wicked Jr. (an amazing show!)
Female actresses may also inquire for remainder of female roles. Rehearsal begins in February with production dates in May.Theater company consists of local elementary school students in grades 4-8. Decent singing voice is a plus for these parts.
Company has been in existence since May of 2008 and has put on several productions as well as a summer camp. Auditions are Tuesday, 1/19 from 4:30-6:30, however, an alternate date/time may be arranged if necessary. If interested, please send an email including:

PARAMOUNT PICTURES and THE COEN BROS. (No Country For Old Men) are looking for a 14 YEAR OLD GIRL to be the lead of their new feature film, TRUE GRIT!

The role is Mattie Ross and would shoot Spring 2010. They are looking for a 12-16 yr. old Caucasian girl who is tough, strong and tells it like it is. They are open to all looks, so come give it a try!

No acting experience is necessary.

Auditions will be held SUNDAY, DEC 6th at the LIVE ARTS, 123 East Water Street, 3rd Floor, Charlottesville, VA from 1 -5 pm. Please bring a current picture with you.

14 year old Mattie is a simple, tough as nails young woman. Her steely nerves and straightforward manner are a shocking contrast to the way women behaved in the early century. She’s possessed of true grit and plenty of determination. Enough so, that she insists on going with 2 marshals to hunt down the killer of her father.

Requirement 1: One AFRICAN AMERICAN Boy or Girl age 10-14 must sing well, be vary energetic and likeable.
Requirement 2: One Caucasian Boy, age 10-14 must sing well, typical “farm boy”

Preparation: For the auditions please prepare an accompanied song to showcase your singing ability, an accompanist will be provided, please bring sheet music or you may use our IPOD dock or CD player.

Rehearsal Commitment: Rehearsals begin mid January 2010. Rehearsals are generally Sat and Sunday morning and Monday evenings.
Performance Commitment: Up to 6 performances per week, Tuesday through Sunday beginning March 24, 2010 ending July 11, 2010

Flex Scheduling: Roles may be split or shared to accomodate schedules.
