The Masterchef casting crew is coming to LA in late January. If you haven’t heard about the show yet, here ya go… The chef show is not about the pros, Masterchef is all about the amateurs!

Do you love to cook? Do you love food? Do you watch too much reality TV and cooking shows? If so, this may be the casting call for you.

Gordon Ramsey is putting the show together and is interested in amateur chefs from around the country. If you are a professional cook, this is not the show for you. MasterChef will not be taking applications from pro chefs.

MasterChef auditions Los Angeles is scheduled for the last day of January 1/31/2010.

The open call will be held at Sur La Tble at the farmers market.

Masterhef casting call in Chicago to be held on Sunday January 24 2010, Chicago. The new chef show called Masterchef will be holding auditions in Chicago on January 2010, the date of the audition is 1/24/2010 and it is to be held at Sur La Table in Chicago.

Masterchef is a popular show in Australia that is now coming to the United States. To tryout for Masterchef in Chicago go to Sur La Table at Main Street Promenade, 55 South Main Street. Naperville, IL 60540.

The open call times are 11 AM to 4PM. Please be aware that the show is not casting pro chefs. They are looking for contestants that have a love of food and cooking without any professional experience. People who are chefs by trade will not qualify to be on the show.

Masterchef American Casting Call coming to New Orleans January 2010.

Unlike other popular cooking and chef reality shows such as “Top Chef”, Masterchef will focus on amateur cooks who do not have any formal training. Through the show they will be mentored and taught the skills of fine cuisine.

The show is produced by Gordon Ramsey, the same man who brought us “The Biggest Loser”. These auditions are ONLY for amateurs and people who love food and cooking. Professional chefs will not be cast on the show and should not attend any of the shows open calls.
